Short answer:<\/strong> Chinese servo machines share a pattern: codes about voltage<\/strong> (low or high supply), motor blocked<\/strong> (jam or plug) and encoder or hall signal<\/strong> (motor plug). Check the mains, free the handwheel, reseat the motor plugs, then restart. The exact code numbers differ by model, so use the right table below.<\/div>\n

First, note the exact code on the panel. Then switch off and reseat the plug named in the table. After that, restart and test on scrap cloth. However, if the same Zoje error code returns, stop restarting, because repeated faults can damage the board. Instead, check the motor cable and the supply voltage. Finally, replace a part only when the plug, cable and supply are fine.<\/p>\n

JACK H2 (Err-xx)<\/h2>\n

Err-01 hardware overcurrent; Err-02 software overcurrent; Err-03 low voltage; Err-04 overvoltage when stopped; Err-05 overvoltage while running; Err-07 current detection circuit; Err-08 motor stuck; Err-09 brake circuit; Err-12 initial motor angle; Err-13 encoder signal; Err-14 main board EEPROM; Err-15 motor overspeed; Err-16 motor reversal; Err-18 motor overload; A-UP head tilt alarm. Fix pattern: switch off, wait 30 seconds, restart; replace the controller if it repeats.<\/p>\n

JACK ZB-A2S (numbering differs from A4)<\/h2>\n

Err-01 hardware overcurrent; Err-02 software overcurrent; Err-03 undervoltage; Err-04 overvoltage; Err-05 current detection circuit; Err-07 motor stalled; Err-08 brake failure; Err-09 panel communication; Err-10 motor initial angle; Err-12 motor encoder signal missing; Err-13 main board EEPROM; Err-14 EEPROM fault; Err-15 motor overspeed. Compare with the A4\/K4\/A5 table<\/a>, where Err-08 means motor blocked.<\/p>\n

JACK JK-T1377E<\/h2>\n

Err-01 and Err-02 overcurrent (switch off 30 seconds, replace controller if repeated); Err-03 undervoltage; Err-04 and Err-05 overvoltage; Err-06 solenoid wiring; Err-07 current detection; Err-08 motor jam (check the motor plug and foreign objects); Err-09 brake circuit; Err-10 panel communication; Err-11 needle-stop signal (check the synchronizer plugs); Err-12 motor angle detection; Err-13 motor hall signal; Err-23 locked rotor.<\/p>\n

SunStar and Zoje error codes: SPS\/E-BS1201H bartack<\/h2>\n

Er03 needle bar position; Er04 drive limit; Er05 and Er55 cannot reach X origin in time; Er06 Y origin; Er07 ROM version mismatch; Er13 fan failure; Er14 main motor type recognition; Er15 synchronizer contact error; Er16 origin cable missing or XY sensor fault; Er36 low air pressure. Origin and synchronizer faults are usually sensors or cables.<\/p>\n

Which part fixes Zoje error codes?<\/h2>\n

To prevent these faults, first keep the machine clean and oiled. Also, use a stabiliser, because unstable mains voltage causes many codes. In addition, never pull on the plugs, since loose or damaged cables cause repeat errors. Moreover, switch off before you unplug anything. Therefore, a few minutes of care each week saves costly repairs. Finally, keep a note of every code and the date, so you can spot a pattern.<\/p>\n

However, some faults need a technician. For example, a burnt smell or a blown fuse means you should stop at once. Similarly, repeated overcurrent codes point to a failed part. Because of this, do not open a live control box. Instead, send us the model number and code on WhatsApp. Then we can suggest the right part quickly.<\/p>\n

Do JACK H2 and A4 share the same codes?<\/strong> They are similar, but not identical. Err-08 is motor stuck on both, however other numbers differ.<\/p>\n

What does Zoje E11 mean?<\/strong> The hall signal from the motor is lost. So reseat or replace the motor plug.<\/p>\n
