Returns & Eligibility
• You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refund Process

2. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
• Check your bank account first.
• Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
• Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.

Non-Refundable Items
• Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Gift Returns
• If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit after we receive the return.
• If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original buyer.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
• For returns valued at ₹2,000 or more (within India) or $50 or more (outside India), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns.
