Why one Jack part number fits several models
Jack reuses parts across model families. The original presser foot 1131600600 is listed for the F4, F5 and A2 to A6, and a UK parts supplier lists the same number for the A2, A4, A4S, F4 and A7. Knife 11419001 shows the same spread, from the F4 to the A2, A4, A5 and other models on that supplier’s list. Marketplace listings on Alibaba do this too, tagging one pedal number to C4, E4, F4 and W4 together.
This works in your favour: one number can cover several machines in a workshop. It also means a model name in a listing title is only a hint. Confirm by number and photo, not by the title alone.

Jack F4 / F5 / F6 specs that decide which part fits
Specs as listed on Jack dealer sheets: UK F4 sheet और US F6 sheet. Two independent UK dealers (jacksewingmachines.co.uk, infinitysewing.co.uk) list the F5 as “non-trim” too. Jack Sewing Machine Co., Ltd. was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Taizhou, Zhejiang, according to Jack Europe. Check your own model plate, as ratings vary by variant.

Jack part number FAQs
Jack’s own number for the F4 needle bar is 10102002. Our catalog also lists the Juki-pattern needle bar 111-4207 for the F4, F5 and F6, so two numbers appear for this one part. Compare the bar’s length and the photo with your old one before ordering, or message us on WhatsApp for a match.
No. Dealer spec sheets list the F4, F5 and F6 as “non-trim” direct-drive lockstitch machines — none of the three cut thread automatically. Jack’s auto-trim models are a separate line, such as the A2C-C. If your machine does trim thread after every seam, check the nameplate again; it is likely an A-series model, not an F5.
Head parts such as the needle bar, 7.94B hook and presser foot are widely shared, and dealer spec sheets list the same DB×1 needle and 5,000 stitches per minute for the F4 and F6. Electronics differ more: we stock a separate F4 PCB (new type), a motherboard for the new F4 and F5, and an F5 control box. Match boards by number and photo.
Start with the model on your machine’s plate (F4, A4, E4 and so on), then find the part in a parts book or in the tables above. Small parts rarely show a readable number, so compare the photo and size instead. If you are unsure, send a photo and your model on WhatsApp and we will match the number for you.
Not always. Jack’s own numbers are 8 to 11 digits, like 10102002 or 1131600600. Numbers such as 229-27206 or 110-05204 follow the Juki DDL-8700 pattern and are sold for the Jack F4, F5 and F6 head because the two machines share many parts. Treat a Juki number in a title as a strong hint, then confirm the fit.
Jack F4 machines use the 7.94B rotary shuttle hook, and the F6 spec sheet from Jack’s US dealer lists the same 7.94B. Our catalog also lists the 7.94B for the F5, and a separate 7.94BTR auto-trimmer hook for the A2. If your machine trims thread automatically, confirm the hook type before you order.
The Jack F4 takes DB×1 needles in sizes 11 to 18, according to Jack dealer spec sheets. Use size 11 for light fabrics and go up to 18 for heavy fabrics like denim or canvas. Keep the needle system matching your thread weight, and change it as soon as it dulls or a skipped stitch appears.
